Payment methods


Arttu Kuoppala accepts the following payment methods:

Invoice

Invoices may be sent to the customer in writing, by email or e-invoice. The due date of the invoice is 21 days after sending. If the invoice has not been paid within 21 days, Arttu Kuoppala will send a reminder 14 days after the due date, plus a collection fee of five (5) euros. Two (2) payment reminders may be sent 14 days after the previous due date has passed.

Card Payment

When making a payment in person, a card payment terminal enables secure and fast payment with various cards. Accepted payment cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, Visa Electron, and VPay. Among mobile wallets, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay are compatible with the card payment terminal.

Bank Transfer

When paying by bank transfer, the customer should enter Arttu Kuoppala / FI13 1519 3500 8592 40 as the recipient. You can obtain the reference number for the transfer by contacting Arttu Kuoppala's customer service. The processing time for the transfer may vary depending on the bank and the country, so please allow a few banking days for the funds to be transferred. Nordea Bank Finland's BIC is NDEAFIHH.

MobilePay

MobilePay allows you to make payments via mobile payment. When using MobilePay, the customer must enter the agreed-upon payment amount and select +358400851840 / Arttu Kuoppala as the recipient. In the message field, the transaction explanation and the date should be mentioned.

Cash Payment

When making a payment in person, you have the option to pay in cash. Arttu Kuoppala operates in Finland, so we only accept the euro (€) as currency. Cash is not a recommended payment method due to its reliability, processing costs, and limited convenience. Arttu Kuoppala reserves the right to refuse cash as a means of payment.
